Important Installation Notes
Please see the notes and images below to ensure your Zone valves are properly installed.
Avoid Over Tightening
Fittings installed into the valve should only be torqued to a snug fit and not over tightened.
Over tightening of fittings into the valves will cause binding of the motor actuator and potential cracks on the valve body.

Cracked valve bodies from over tightening fittings are not covered under warranty.
No Pipe Dope
Apply 5 wraps of PTFE thread tape (teflon tape) to your male threaded fitting before installation.
DO NOT use any type of liquid pipe dope on threaded PVC fittings. We recommend using Blue Monster PTFE thread tape.
