We accept returns of unopened/unused products within 30 days of purchase. 

Prior authorization is required.

• Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
   

• Installed valves cannot be returned due to controller incompatibility. Please verify that the valve(s) you're purchasing are compatible with your controller by visiting our Valve Comparison page or emailing us at info@imperium-controls.com to receive personal guidance.

• Exceptions will only be made for problems or defects that are covered under our 1 year warranty.​

• Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.​

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
