Thank you for visiting and shopping at Imperium Controls.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

 

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday - Thursday and shipped FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Southern California.
     

  • All orders made before 2:00 PM are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
     

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
     

  • Please allow 3 - 5 business days for transit time.
     

  • In the case of a holiday or a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates 

 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
     

  • Domestic Orders Over $5,000 Ship for Free
     

    • ​Free shipping is only available to the Continental US (Lower 48 States, not including Alaska and Hawaii). 
       

    • To receive free shipping for domestic orders your cart must meet the $5,000 requirement before sales tax.
       

Damages 

 

  • Imperium Controls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
     

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

For Orders Outside of the United States

 

  • International orders can be facilitated to select locations outside of the United States.
     

  • International shipping rates will be personally quoted.
     

  • To receive an estimate for your international order, please provide the following information via email to orders@imperium-controls.com
     

    • Valve type and quantity

    • Full name

    • Billing address

    • Delivery address 

    • Phone number for delivery recipient

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

 

  • Imperium Controls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
