Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Thursday and shipped FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Southern California.

All orders made before 2:00 PM are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for transit time.

In the case of a holiday or a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Orders Over $5,000 Ship for Free

​Free shipping is only available to the Continental US (Lower 48 States, not including Alaska and Hawaii).

To receive free shipping for domestic orders your cart must meet the $5,000 requirement before sales tax.

Damages

Imperium Controls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

International orders can be facilitated to select locations outside of the United States.
